[Beowulf] urgent: cost of fire suppression?

You live in Australia, right? Halon systems leak all the time, it's
not only discharge due to fires that's an issue.

The oldest machine room I've ever "owned" had a grandfathered,
ozone-destroying AC system that leaked... a lot.
