If it is any help,  on a Haswell compute node running CentOS 7 and kernel 3.10.0-229.el7.x86_64, see below
What does ipcs -l  return on your systems please?



~# sysctl -a | grep kernel.shm
kernel.shm_rmid_forced = 0

kernel.shmmax = 4294967296
kernel.shmmni = 20960
