We would use NFS root, but RHEL 6.4 doesn't seem to play nicely with
how xCAT does its statelite config, you get read-only filesystem
errors for files that are marked as being writeable (directories work
fine).

Also it'd mean we couldn't use NFS root on the Phi's as I don't
believe you can re-export an NFS mount over NFS to another client,
we'd need to use a ramdisk setup on those and they've got less to waste..
