Very, very good TV programme yesterday in the UK. A dramatisation of Feynman's participation in the Challenger enquiry,
Complete with excellent O-ring in ice water denoument.
I'm not sure when/if you can see this in other countries.
The BBC iPlayer is said to work if you have a proxy in the UK (ahem).
