Rejecting spam at the incoming SMTP conversation level is still
necessary as it will stop Mailman from producing backscatter to the
forged addresses used in spam.

There's a checkbox by the email address when you're looking at
messages queued for moderation.
I've set reply-to back to just me as how to use Mailman isn't really
on-topic for the list.
