[Beowulf] PathScale EKOPath goes open source

I'm sure the answer is "history", since they are at least in abstract,
both forks that have been separately developed for years.  maybe not 
entirely separately, but certainly by different groups with different foci.
(not to mention the fact that there seems to be at least 2 open64s.)

but this begs the imvho better question: will ecopath be unified with open64?
