For software bugs, but probably only if you're a kernel developer.
Otherwise just capturing the oops or printks is most of what you'd
want to know.

All of them, of course. If you can cause the crash fast enough, it's
easy. It sounds like your crash happens pretty slowly, which is the
hardest kind of problem to diagnose.
