[Beowulf] 32 bit or 64bit pkgs re /usr/local over NFS is okay, Joe

do u happen to have gtalk by any chance. i downloaded the 64bit version of
kubuntu. i think the kernel is a 64bit kernel but i suspect that the pre
pkged debians arent or might not be?
