[Beowulf] Scyld implementation of BProc

Your scyld distribution should come with all the documentation of
tools like 'ps | bpstat -P'. If you did not get all the pieces you need,
call customer support (or email me) and they will help you out right away.
Also we offer classes taught by Donald Becker ;-)
