[Beowulf] Stateless Linux

Not wishing to appear at all churlish, as this does sound an
exciting project, a lot of these ideas are already used in
the clustering world, eg. diskless workstations, or rsyncing 
to an image on a server.

I like the idea of using an LDAP server to store which image
a server should boot into (and I think I've spoken about that on this 
list).

It will be worth following this project, as work done like this in the
'mainstream' can only have good effects on Beowulfery.
