Paper Submission

Form of Manuscript: Not to exceed 20 double-spaced, 8.5 x 11-inch
pages(including figures, tables and references) in 10-12 point font.
Number each page: Include an abstract, five to ten keywords,
the technical area(s) most relevant to your paper, and the
corresponding author's e-mail address.
Electronic Submission: Web-based submissions only.

Workshops will be held on June 14 and 17. Workshop proposals
should be submitted to the Workshops Co-Chairs, T. Skeie
(tskeie at ifi.uio.no) and C.-S. Yang (csyang at mail.cse.nsysu.edu.tw)
by August 15, 2004.
Proceedings of the conference and workshops will be available
at the conference and will be published by the IEEE Computer Society
