Actually, my head node is attached to the other gigabit module in the same
switch, and does 1000Mbps just fine. It has the PCI card you have above
(running driver 4.3.2), and is using an identical cable. It's the onboard
dual port controller in the other server I'm having issues with.
I'll give ethtool a shot (and try a new cable, of course) -- thanks.
