Using 2 NICS?

Try using two different C-class network addressing
schemes. I have one machine with three NICs, each on
a different network:

        192.168.10.10/255.255.255.0
        192.168.30.10/255.255.255.0
        192.168.40.10/255.255.255.0

so the box always knows where to route each message.

I personnaly prefer to use different make cards to make sure
which card has which address. If you have identical cards,
there may be a way of assuring this but I haven't found it
yet.
