Workaround:
We usually do an nfs install using the bootnet.img floppy. All you need to
setup is have the nfs server export the rhat cd as well as the custom
scripts.
This is good in two ways:
1. you don't need a cdrom in the node you're rebuilding
2. your network configuration is already loaded up nicely for you
(no need to fight with the monster that is the RedHat kickstart
environment)
