Note that this is the ISA 3c509 list.  You want the PCI "Vortex" list.

The 3c590 is a 10Mbps only board.

I see below that you actually mean the 3c905B.

That will work for the 3c595, but you are specifying an invalid
transceiver for the 3c905B.
