Is "64 bit PCI bus" accurate?

This is indicating "Bus Error"!

If you have a 32 bit PCI bus system, your motherboard has an wiring error.
This can be worked around by setting bit 0x01 in register 0x06D (Virtual
Jumpers), but I want to confirm the problem first.
