From timm@fnal.gov Fri Jan 11 12:23:35 2002 From: timm@fnal.gov (Steven Timm) Date: Fri Jan 11 12:23:35 2002 Subject: [yellowfin-bug] <4>eth1: Too much work at interrupt, status=0x30000. Message-ID: I am running Linux kernel 2.4.9-12 on a dual PIII system, Intel STL2 motherboard. I have two ethernet interfaces in the system, eth0 and eth1, eth0 is a eepro100, eth1 is a hamachi from packet devices. I had the error message happening before but I upgraded the kernel to 2.4.9-12 and it is continuing, worse than before. The version of the hamachi.c driver is #define DRV_NAME "hamachi" #define DRV_VERSION "1.01+LK1.0.1" #define DRV_RELDATE "5/18/2001" Now the error is so frequent that the system doesn't seem to be able to boot all the way. How do we beat this problem? Is a newer version of the driver available? Steve Timm ------------------------------------------------------------------ Steven C.
