I forgot to mention that the diagnostic output was taken while the card was 
in the 'dead' condition (not responding after being shut down by the 'too 
much work in irq' handler) is it your opinion the card still looks 'curious' 
for being in that state?

Thanks for the reply, and we will see about double checking the items you 
mentioned.
