[vortex] 3c905C-TX : not working in 100Mbps / Full Duplex ?

Have you tried checking the card's EEPROM configuration? It could be set
wrongly. It should be set to autonegotiate, but it may be set to force
certain settings. (I had a similar full-duplex problem myself, and it
turned out to be an EEPROM config problem.)

To fix that, you need to download the DOS utility (3c90xcfg.exe??) from
3COM (I think it's on the DOS driver disk for these cards), and put it on
a bootable DOS floppy.
