[vortex] vortex_error, status=0xe081

We're receiving lots of these messages.  From the documentation, it just seems 
that this is signafying that the network is exceptionally busy and for the 
most part, we can ignore these errors, but I wanted to confirm since they 
didn't seem to match *exactly*.

I don't have much information about the time this occured as it's an issue 
that got escalated, all I know is that the machine was serving traffic at the 
time.
