[vortex] RX overrun with 3COM 3c982

Our cluster is now as fast as expected. We updated to BIOS 4.03b and the
results of Pallas PMB-MPI1 and the elapsed time of LS-DYNA are ok. There was
no 3c59x driver problem, but a problem of the Tyan MPX chipset, the new BIOS
fixes a "PCI IRQ routing" problem. Claude, did you try the BIOS update?
