[vortex] old versions of 3c59x.c

Can someone have and can send me the old versions of 3c59x.c from 0.99H
to the last version.
I can put all these versions on a public CVS server, so people can get
the version they want.
I am particulary interested to the version prior the new architecture
with pci-scan

ps : you can also send me old versions of other drivers if you want to
put them into a CVS server...
