Setup up for Boomerang

I think there is a conflict between a new graphics card that I have
gotten and my Boomerang card.  I have a Elsa Gloria-XL card that when
I am working with it the 3com card will stop responding and I get this
in my /var/adm/debug

Is there a a setup program for this card, I have read that it is
configureable as to the addresses that it uses...
