3c905B card causes system to reboot

I know you said no IRQ conflicts but....

My system did the almost same thing until I moved the card to a different
PCI slot.  The AGP video card and the NIC were being given the same IRQ no
matter what BIOS settings I messed with. 

ABIT BX6
Viper 330

Once the card was moved IRQs fell into place and everything worked fine.
I've had similar experiences at work with AGP systems.
