[tulip] During boot time after "bring interface eth0 up" the tulip card light off.

I have Tulip 21040 ethernet card. During installation the card was detected.
But it doesn't work. I noticed that each time the eth0 interface is brought
up the act light on the card turned off.

Can someone tell me what's wrong?

I installed Red Hat 6.0. The kernel is 2.2.5-15.
