[tulip] Problem on boot only 2nd try...

Lloyd,

The card will probably also initialize if you do: ficonfig eth0 
<address>. What is missing is the Red Hat configuration information that 
will bring up the interface at boot time. I believe that you can run 
netcfg to fix the configuration.
