I tried 0.92 and 0.92t tulip drivers, but both fails on Compex FL6400TX card. Does any one has an idea how to solve the problem. After sending bigger packet driver reports about link loss and RX retries... It is 4 port 10/100 64bit card. It claims to work in 32bit pci slot.
