[tulip] linksys etherfast pcm200

I am having a problem getting the linksys etherfast 10/100  integrated
cardbus (pcm200) card to work.  I am using redhat 7.0 with kernel 2.2.16
on a hp omnibook xe2.  It seems the laptop knows the card is there but
doesn't know what to do with it.  I have searched high and low for an
answer that works.  But with no luck so far.  Does anybody have any
ideas or experience with this card?
