Try allocating IRQ11 in your BIOS to that cards(the LNE100TX) PCI slot.
That should resolve this problem.

Subject: [tulip] Tulip driver; IRQ not assigned

	Gentlemen
I'm trying to use a Linksys LNE100TX card in a linux
box.
The diagnostic program for the tulip driver says that an interrupt has
not been assigned, and that the PCI BIOS needs to be changed. I
have disabled the PnP OS feature, but still no help. The BIOS is
AmiBIOS and on W98 the card is assigned IRQ 11, and works fine.
What other setting can/ must be changed?
