v0.91g and assorted patches?

I've seen at least two notable patches to the Tulip driver floating
around on this and other mailinglists.
Were these patches simply rejected as being incorrect, or is there a version
of the Tulip driver available somewhere which incorporates these changes?
Or did simply nobody get around to doing this yet?
