Please set your mailer to wrap lines, your original text was one long

Redhat uses a modified set of pcmcia scripts.  Removing the rpm and
installing pcmcia-cs without using an rpm results in /etc/pcmcia files
which are not compatible with Redhat's way of doing things, in
particular /etc/pcmcia/network is incorrect for RH.  This is not a
tulip problem at all, it is a Redhat one.  Best contact RH or look for
an rpm of pcmcia-cs 3.0.13.
