Tulip on Fujitsu Lifebook

I have been trying to configure Tulip on my Fujitsu Lifebook 656tx.
This computer has docking station with an ethernet port with a DEC
21143/21142B chip. I've tried several things with it, including using
the newest tulip.c (0.89K), but although I am able to get the driver
to load, it has not been able to communicate with the network. I
would appreciate any insight anyone can give on this problem.

I am using RedHat 5.1, which came with the tulip 0.88 driver. It did
not work initially, and I have since tried it with tulip versions
0.89H and 0.89K, as well as with 0.79 (I saw a post on the mailing
list archive that talked about incompatibilities with newer versions
of Tulip and RedHat 5.1). 0.89K was unstable for me, it hangs on
loading modules, and 0.79 was worse, but 0.89H seems to load and
autodetect correctly, as far as I can tell. But the network
connection still fails. I have also tried setting options=12 in
/etc/conf.modules to force it to recognize 10baseT, but that seems
no different.

There is no more detailed information about the ethernet card in the
computer's user manual. I don't know if Fujitsu could provide more
info, but I wouldn't know what to do with it at this point.

I also compiled and ran tulip-diag, and the results follow.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Kelsey
