tulip hangs my machine

Hi!

I've tried multiple times to get my DC21142 ethernet card works on my system (Alpha - miata, RH5.1, gcc-2.8.1). But only
with 0.89k version i was able to get the card working but only a few seconds...


When the system boot the kernel drops me a message about an unaligned trap... after a bit of work using the interface
the system hangs (kernel panic:skput:over ....).
