[tulip-bug] tulip.c:v0.92w, FastLineFO-II (100BaseFX)

Hello,

I've tried tulip v0.92w from scyld and have problems with two
FastLine FO-II (100BaseFX) using a 2.4.3 Kernel. It basically doesn't
work. 
The 2.4.3 Kernel driver has Problems too, generating paketloss and so
on, as described in another bugreport.

Compiling tulip v0.92w works, but when doing insmod, it puts this
messages in the syslog and the cards don't work:
