I'm trying to setup Redhat 6.1 on a Digital celebris 5166 machine
It has an integrated dec 21040 ethernet card
But works fine in windows but under linux it will install but won't =
connect to the network.
My bios won't let me configure it manually and NICsetup tells me to =
change settings in the bios
i've run the diagnostic program found at =
http://cesdis.gsfc.nasa.gov/linux/diag/tulip-diag.c

it tells me irq =3D 255 and that i need to change the setting in the =
bios(which doesn't have this setting)

I've been to the digital ftp site but i can't find a setup program that =
will allow me to change the device settings.=20

during redhat 6.1 setup the hub light for this card lights,=20
but once in Linux the light goes out and stays out.

Any suggestions (I am a poor student and buying a replacement card is =
not an option)
