Problems with an ax88140

Hi folks.

I run a NIC using the ax88140-chip. Though, it seems it's not working
properly. Something with ARP-request I believe, my computer have to ping
others in a lan before they can access me. Very annoying.

I've tried some times to get on this list, finally it seems like it
worked. If this problem is already resolved or somebody could guide me on
what could be wrong, I'm most happy.
