You could try ftp://ftp.ocs.com.au/pub/xircom-RBEM56G-howto-2.tar.gz.
Contains a patched tulip.c based on 0.91 and instructions on getting it
working for a Xircom RBEM56G Cardbus 21143 related card.  It should be
a starting point, several people have reported success for various
Xircom Cardbus cards.
