0.90k & Linksys Cardbus still no go

Latest driver still doesn't work with the Linksys cardbus card here.  dmesg
and tulip-diag output is attached.  Trying to increase tulip_debug led to
the screen being flooded with messages I couldn't write down (and the
Magic-SysRq-Sync didn't get into the log files).  I saw a few oopses fly by
as well.
