I have a pile of machines with DE500BAs in them (21143), and 3com 38024 switches. netperf says that the UDP_STREAM send and receive performance between nodes is 95-98 mbits, but the TCP_STREAM performance is only 5-9 mbits. Am I seeing a Nagle problem? Or is there a more clever test I can perform that will show me a problem in my switch? This is with tulip.c 0.89H and kernel 2.0.35-2. -- g
