[tulip-announce] Tulip driver test release (minor update)

This is a trivial update over 92h: it just adds table entries for two new
CardBus cards.

Added PCI table entries for the Linksys CardBus cards based on the
Centaur/C.

If you have one of these CardBus cards you'll also need the latest
/etc/pcmcia/config.opts table from
