Originally, USB controller enabled, but USB keyboard/mouse disabled. I
disabled the USB controller, still got the "Interrupt line blocked"  
error, but with status 24. I have a weird feeling IRQ 11 is being blocked, 
but I don't know how to change it. I tried recompiling the kernel with 
IO-APIC for uniprocessor (to get more interrupts). Same result.
