[realtek] 8139A cardbus Big Problem

I've been tryng to install that card on my laptop for a week and I 
failed. I hope you can help me. I have installed Mandrake 8, then 
redhat 7.1 and finally Suse 7.1, but none of those worked. During boot 
up loading module 8139too.o fails. you can see these in syslog:

... 8139too : no IRQ know for that device. cannot allocate region #1

If you try to load module yourself with insmod 8139too.o it reports

no such device, maybe error regarding IO or IRQ

So what to do?
