[realtek] Source of EEPROMs for etherbooting

I am thinking about setting up some diskless X terminals, and I'd like to
use the RealTek 8139s and 3com 3c905Bs I have. I believe with either I can
use software to program EEPROMs in their sockets, but all my NIC sockets
are empty (except for the old WD8013s, which have UV EPROMs).

My question is, where can I order some of these flash EEPROMs that I can
program directly in the NIC socket, without using a EPROM burner?
