[realtek] realtek 8100

Hi!

I am looking forward to buying a new micro ATX mainboard with integrated
network controller.  My favourites are the ASUS A7S - VM and the MSI MS
- 6378 (because I need a micro ATX board with 3 or more PCI slots).

The only problem is that they have a Realtek 8100 chip on it, and I don'
t know whether it will run on Linux or not.
Is this a derivative of the RTL 8139 chip? Does anyone know what Linux
driver will work with this chip?
