[realtek] Frequent timeout messages .

Hi  ,
   I am running diffserv on my linux kernel 2.2.12  , I  have realtek
8139  card  , I start getting Tx timeout messages and the machine hangs
.  Is there any fix for the problem  .
    These messages come only under load conditions .
    When I am generating lot of traffic
     The messages that gets logged are

dirty entry 264185.
