rtl8139.c v1.04 and kernel 2.1.127

Hi!
 I tried to compile a kernel v2.1.127 with the v1.04 rtl8139.c
but it produced error messages about about obsolete pci functions
 (bios32 etc.). Is there version which works with this kernel version
I dont wanna use the v0.14 :(( Please help :))
