You don't have link beat -- check your cables.

This is the new output format when you don't link in libmii.
I should omit the final message line when you don't have a link partner.

Change your BIOS setup so that a valid IRQ is assigned.  (Both '0' and '255'
mean that no IRQ has been assigned.)
