[netdrivers] Sundance driver doesn't recognize an OEM Sundance device.

I think your chip is actually an icplus ip100a.

You'll find the datasheet at :

there is a driver for 2.6 floating around called sundance-icplus.c.
Ask google.

I think it is currently slowly merged into sundance.c
