[eepro100] I need help...

Hello,
I am using onboard dual port eepro100 in a couple penguin relion 225 
servers. The eepro100 drivers are compiled directly into kernel 2.4.17.

I am experiencing *absolute* weirdness. When I nmap my physical 
interfaces I see the expected open ports. When I netstat all looks well. 
When I nmap my virtual interfaces I do not see any open ports.  Iptables 
is stopped.

Please help. I need to put these boxes into production on 031202.
