Corrected bogus 'idebug' module parameter name change put in 1.20.

Added a table entry for the "Pro/100 VM type 1038" 0x8086 0x1038.

Changed do_slow_command() to emit more information when a command fails.
Do a PortPartialReset if the command unit is busy when we start the interface.

Always read-after-write when loading the SCBPointer register.

Changed comment text at the beginning of the file.
Added MODULE_PARM_DESC() entries for comment parameters.
